I am to find out how organizations can create a context that helps employees to thrive in their work and personal lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During my projects, I mostly work with <strong>quantitative multilevel level research designs and analyses<\/strong>. I believe this approach offers a realistic and understandable perspective on organizational life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tom Junker Teaching<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As an Assistant Professor in Human Resource Studies at Tilburg University, I am responsible for three courses in our bachelor and master program. I am also involved in the curriculum committee of our master&#8217;s program, where I help to ensure that our program stays up-to-date with the latest developments in the labor market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tom Junker Impact<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Working in an applied discipline, I aim to create positive societal impact by <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>working closely with practitioners and local stakeholders<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sharing my discoveries in blogs, popular news outlets, invited talks or podcasts and <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>developing evidence-based assessment tools and interventions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>With my research, I want to <strong>contribute to co-creating the future of work<\/strong>.
