Status: Data collection ongoing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dealing with economic threat due to COVID-19<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dealing with economic threat due to COVID-19:<\/strong>\u00a0This project concerns the question when economic threat leads to proactive \u201cfight\u201d behavior vs. destructive \u201cflight\u201d behavior in organizations. Status: Data collection finished \u2013 manuscript in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Predicting the scholarly impact of former Ph.D.<\/strong>\u00a0candidates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Predicting the scholarly impact of former Ph.D.<\/strong>\u00a0candidates: The goal of this research is to examine the longitudinal relationships between personality characteristics and scholarly impact (e.g., citation rates, h-indices, publication records)of former Dutch Ph.D. candidates. Status: Data analyses finished \u2013 manuscript in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Finished research projects:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A career needs perspective on job crafting<\/strong>: In this project, we examined the longitudinal relationships between kaleidoscope career needs, job crafting, turnover intentions, and voluntary job changes in a sample of 575 Dutch civil servants. Status: Manuscript submitted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dealing with economic threat in times of Corona<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of a research project, we investigate<strong>&nbsp;how people deal with the consequences of the current Corona crisis in their workplace<\/strong>.
