MSc. Tom Junker

My research primarily concerns agile forms of organizing, teamwork, proactivity, and occupational health. I am to find out how organizations can create a context that helps employees to thrive in their work and personal lives.

During my projects, I mostly work with quantitative multilevel level research designs and analyses. I believe this approach offers a realistic and understandable perspective on organizational life.

With my research, I want to contribute to co-creating the future of work. By sharing my discoveries with the world, I hope to contribute to a future of work that is sustainable for people, organizations, and our planet.
